Hello family and friends-
Vitek and I hope you are all well and maintaining sanity. These times are challenging for all of us and the uncertainty is getting harder and harder. GCA is continuing to provide food offerings in a very safe environment and limited staff. We have our staff on payroll but not all are back yet. We take this virus very seriously and will not reopen in a bigger way until it is safe. To us, everyone’s health is the top priority. On a personal note- I am in that “elderly” group and at home I care for my 95 year old mother. I can’t take any chances.
I am sharing this information to say that we are VERY careful at GCA with preparing your food.
Through the food take away program we have learned a lot over the last couple of months about what you want and don’t want. Inspired again, we are adjusting our menu and hours to better serve you.
We will have three kinds of offerings:
“Judd’s at Home” – fixed-price, three-course meals (similar to our Mother’s Day special). This allows us to bring back our popular dishes and a few new additions.
”Bistro to Go” – a la carte items, smaller “grab-and-go” portions and desserts for immediate consumption or heat it later at your convenience.
“The GCA Market”- offering fresh produce, dry and canned goods, frozen entrees from the GCA menu, beer/wine, house-made breads and desserts, Esselon coffee (bagged, whole bean, or ground on-site) and for your convenience a great selection of delicious homemade frozen “TV Dinners.” There will also be some home supplies available (we have toilet paper!!).
All available with our curbside, no-contact pickup and following the CDC guidelines for the safety and well being of our customers and staff.
The new online offerings will be available starting Wed. June 3rd, You will be able to order any time during the week and pickup will be available Tuesday through Saturday from 12pm-7pm going forward. (Same day ordering ends at 6 PM but you can pick up until 7 PM)

We are exploring options for outdoor dining on a limited basis. The beer garden is now full of plants and flowers and we can’t wait until we can put out tables.
As for the bigger picture….. still figuring it out. We just don’t know as it depends on the government, testing, more information, etc. We, like you, are hoping for more clarity soon.
