About the artist
Local artist Rebecca Fite has been drawn to all things artistic since a very young age. While her style is ever evolving as a custom artist; over her 34 years she has developed her brilliant, colorful, and whimsical style. Within the last few years her work has been featured at local festivals, holiday markets, restaurants, and background art for local musicians. FreshPaint Springfield 2019, Rebecca Fite was selected to paint a traveling community piano which is still played by members of the community. Her unique and intricate designs are on display in wall sized murals at the restaurant, Nosh in Springfield Ma. In 2017, her cover art was featured on Dan Zuckergood’s ‘Mostly Happy Man’ CD. Rebecca Fite has recently begun working on illustrations for children’s books and would love to hear from local authors willing to collaborate on a project.
